A serious sparkling wine from alpine vineyards. A blend of many local red and white grapes aged on lees for 18 months and bottled with zero dosage. Lean and linear, just the right side of opulent with a pronounced mineral streak. Proper fizz.

Young couple Florie Brunet and Adrien Bariol established Domaine d’Ici La  in 2017, enchanted by the rugged and mountainous landscape, the local grapes, and the possibility to make their mark on a lesser known appellation, yet one with immense potential as displayed throughout their range.
